A. Turotel S.A. de C.V. Privacy Statement
Turotel S.A. de C.V., located at Av. Acueducto 3805, Colonia Fray Antonio de Lisboa, CP 58254, Morelia, Michoacán, is a company committed to protecting your privacy. The personal information you provide to us (personal data and, where applicable, sensitive personal data) will be processed in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Notice.

B. Purpose and Processing of Personal Information.
1. The personal information you provide will be used by Hotel Turotel to provide the services you request, such as: reservations, purchase of promotional packages, participation in any loyalty program, and any other transaction related to the provision of tourism and commercial services in general.
2. Hotel Turotel may use the personal information provided to offer improved service and, where applicable, identify your preferences during your stay to make it more pleasant.
3. Furthermore, the information may be used to offer promotions and general tourism and commercial products, as well as any other related product or service, including but not limited to, sending promotions, special services, newsletters, surveys, and other products and services from Hotel Turotel.
4. Hotel Turotel may share or transfer information with Hotel Turotel associates or third parties so they may send you information regarding their products and services in general.
5. Finally, the information provided may be processed in cases expressly authorized by Article 10 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

C. Personal Data
For the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice, Hotel Turotel may collect your personal data in various ways:
1. When the information is provided directly by you.
2. When you visit Hotel Turotel's websites.
3. When you use the services offered online by Hotel Turotel.
4. When we obtain information through means other than those mentioned above that are permitted by applicable laws. The personal data obtained through the aforementioned means may include: name, address, email address, telephone number, and any other data required in accordance with the purposes established in this Privacy Notice.

D. Use of Sensitive Personal Data

Such information is collected by Hotel Turotel from customers and may be used solely to improve or satisfy the needs of the customers and the services provided to them.

E. Limitation on the Use or Disclosure of Personal Information
At any time, you may limit the processing of the information provided to Hotel Turotel as described in items 3 and 4 of Section B. This request must be submitted in writing to the following address: Av. Acueducto 3805, Colonia Fray Antonio de Lisboa, CP 58254, Morelia, Michoacán, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday, or via email to morelia@turotel.com.mx. To protect your confidentiality, Hotel Turotel will send the response to your request in writing to either the physical address or the email address provided in your application, at the sole discretion of Hotel Turotel.

F. Regarding the Exercise of Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition
The access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition regarding the information provided to Hotel Turotel, as set forth in the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, may be requested by submitting a formal application addressed to Hotel Turotel, pursuant to the terms established in Section E above. A response will be provided in writing or via email according to the terms specified therein.

G. Control and Security of Personal Information
Hotel Turotel is committed to taking the necessary measures to protect the information collected, utilizing security technologies and control procedures to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of your personal information. For instance, the personal information provided is stored on servers located in Data Centers with restricted access controls. For online transactions, we also employ security technologies to protect personal information transmitted through various electronic means. However, no security or data transmission system over which the company does not have absolute control and/or that relies on the internet can be guaranteed to be entirely secure.
